Welcome to Health care magic.

1.DNS - deviated nasal septum which can be no harm , some time may cause difficulty in breathing.
2.Pansinusitis - all sinus shows thickness / polyp ( growth with in the sinus) but sample shows thick pus so its good not polyp/growth.
3.Inferior turbinated hypertrophy - increase in size which will cause obstruction to air passage.
4.If you have already termed antibiotics then surgery is option.
5.FESS - functional endoscopic sinus surgery is the treatment of choice at this point. Good luck

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
